Delivery of your package

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via the chosen mode of transport with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method as it incurs additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation costs, packaging and shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, so shipping costs apply to each of them.

Your orders are shipped at your expense and under your responsibility but special attention is paid to fragile objects. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Product Returns

In accordance with the legislation, you have 14 days upon receipt of your order to change your mind and return all or part of it to us. A request must first be made to our services who will tell you the procedure to follow.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, unpacked and fit for resale, otherwise the refund can not be made. The return costs are at your expense.
